About
Small agency, big impact.
Altairium began in student consulting at Vanderbilt and Cornell. We built this agency so our work with nonprofits wouldn't stop at the slide deck.
What we care about
- • Clear, honest communication.
- • Tools that reduce, not add, complexity.
- • Respect for staff time and capacity.
- • Long-term sustainability, not quick wins only.
Our story
Built so nonprofits could get more than a good presentation.
We met through 180 Degrees Consulting, where we worked with nonprofits in food security, cultural programming, homelessness, and community development. The pattern was familiar: smart teams, thin capacity, and work that had to stop at "Thank you for the slide deck."
Altairium exists so we can keep going. We combine consulting with nonprofit-first tools and stay long enough to help the new systems stick.
By the numbers
- • 12+ nonprofit engagements.
- • 500+ hours of consulting work.
- • Projects across 3+ countries.
- • Experience across Goldman Sachs, FRBNY, EY-Parthenon, and AI startups.

If you're carrying too much operational weight—grants, reports, coordination—we'd love to talk about where things are getting stuck and whether we're a fit.
